It's time that you started to feel good about yourself again...

Where you are right now might not be where you want to be...

Maybe it's a somewhere you didn't ask to to be placed.

But acknowledging what placed you there to begin with is an essential part of your healing, letting go, and reclaiming who you are...

Because it allows you to move forward.

But there's a difference between acknowledging the past, and finding yourself stuck in the past just staring at the pain.

The bigger acknowledgment in all of this, is that you're going to be the only one who can pick up the pieces and begin to move forward.

You're the only one that can make things better.

And they way you do this is by looking internally, not externally...

By paying attention to your internal dialogue.

How you feel, what you believe about yourself, the words you choose to speak to yourself with, and ultimately your actions as a result of your thoughts.

It's your words and thoughts that culminate into your actions.

But it's how you feel that create your words and thoughts in the first place.

And how you feel comes from your heart...

Our internal electrical current of our heart is approximately 100 times stronger than that of our brain.

Whilst magnetically, our heart is approximately 5000 times stronger than that of our brain.

Therefore, if we want to change our reality it’s much easier if we use the feelings that exist in our heart rather than our brain.

From a neurological point of view, it’s our brain that creates the image of what we want and provides the logic, but once that exists in our mind we then have to feel what we desire with our heart.

Because it’s our heart that is responsible for how we feel.

It’s our heart that is the provider of our love, our passions, our determination, and our happiness.

It’s responsible for feeling gratitude for the things we already have, and it’s responsible for the love that we feel.

It’s responsible for how we feel about our internal state of happiness, and it’s responsible for our sense of meaning and fulfillment in our lives.

It’s ultimately responsible for guiding us to where we truly want to be.

The brain has many functions but it can’t do that...

Because logic gets in the way...

When we pursue things in our life based on how we feel, we experience a far greater sense of happiness and fulfillment in our lives.

Our internal state and how we are wired is much more powerful than what most people realise.

Learning to use the brain for what the brain does best is one thing.

But also learning to use the heart for what the heart does best, can truly create a powerful combined force in your life.

How you feel about yourself is important.

Knowing your worth is important.

Loving yourself and being happy with who you already are is important.

These feelings all come from the heart.

So let your heart give you the love that you've always given away so generously to everyone else.

Give yourself some love.

Make yourself feel good again.

Because when you do, life starts to work with you; not against you...
